Once selected, our mission is simple – to help these organizations help more people in need!
Our chosen non-profits go through six months of intense training to help them apply the core business philosophy developed over 40 years at one of the most successful companies in the past century to their organizations.
We show them how to clearly articulate their vision, consistently apply a structured decision-making process, implement sound business practices to remove barriers to growth, and unlock their full potential as an organization.

- Thanks to Stand Together Foundation and action partners like you, Chrysalis – a workforce program that has helped more than 60,000 chronically unemployed and homeless individuals and boasts a 70% success rate – is on track to open two new locations for a total growth of 250%!

The Phoenix, a sober fitness community combating the addiction epidemic, has expanded from six communities in three states to over 45 communities in 22 states across the country through their Phoenix Rising model developed in collaboration with Stand Together. They’ve already almost doubled their impact but are on a trajectory to reach tens of thousands – if not millions – of people.
- Headstrong provides military veterans with confidential mental health care that is cost-free, stigma-free, and bureaucracy-free. With more than 750 active clients and 23 locations across the country, Stand Together Foundation’s investment allows Headstrong to provide an additional 5,000 free sessions and expand its reach into new cities to help heal the hidden wounds of war.
These are just a few of hundreds of examples that prove that we have to share.
Bottom line, unlike bureaucratic, one size fits all approaches that can create dependency, Stand Together Foundation is fighting to help people climb out – and stay out for good!
